I am beautifully situated just off Kemp Town Seafront directly opposite the old Victorian lift; which is the perfect place to enjoy some fresh air, admire the sea views and gather your thoughts before and/or after your treatment.
Marine Square is an enjoyable 10 minute walk from the sea life center or a 15 minute walk from the Marina if you're coming from the other way. Parking is free at the Marina if you fancy a walk otherwise to park near by it is £2 for 2 hours.
